So we decided to enjoy the beautiful weather on Saturday and go to the Polynesian Resort to enjoy Emily’s favorite BBQ pork sandwich from the quick service restaurant there. The day was perfect, and Hunter was in a very funny mood. The quote of the day, however, was when Hunter turned around to the family sitting behind us and said emphatically and enthusiastically, “Hola!!!!” Emily and I had quite a chuckle as we watched our son not only greet our neighbors but in his newly formed secondary language. Kids are awesome!
