Well our little buddy made it through his first week in a cast.  It wasn’t easy but we were able to pull through.  We went out on the Friday after Thanksgiving, as is the tradition, to get our Christmas tree.  This of course meant that we got to set up our Mickey Christmas train.  There was nothing like the sight… Read more »

Hunter was visited by Grandma Jean and Padon (aka Papa Don).  We were lucky enough to get a chance to go to Mickey’s Christmas Party on Friday night.  We had a great time eating cookies and drinking hot cocoa.  Enjoy the photo.

We had a great long weekend at one of our favorite vacation destinations, Hilton Head Island.  We went to the beach at the end of the day and had the whole place to ourselves,  or so it seemed.  Enjoy the photo.

Hunter was excited to get his brand new bike from Grandma Curly.  He didn’t actually want to ride it, but he loved to sit on it with his helmet and pretend!

Hunter had a blast during his annual trip to the pumpkin patch down the street from the house.  So many to choose from he decided on the big one!  The pumpkin patch is such a great place for a photo opportunity.  

Our favorite time of year is here at last!  The beautiful 90 degree cool crisp evenings are upon us.  This was one of the only nights of the month that was below 85 degrees.  We are ready for the real fall any day now.

Emily, Hunter, Grandma Curly (Hunter’s pronunciation of Carol Lee) and PopPop Colonel all took a quick, peaceful (Editor Em’s note: PEACEFUL for WHO????  Oh right… for Patrick, because he stayed in Orlando!) road trip to North Carolina and on to Connecticut.  A stop at Drew and Fran’s meant only one thing – Hunter got to unleash the fury on Uncle Drew’s drum set. … Read more »
